- The price must be from a local, licensed HVAC contractor.
- The competitor’s quote must be within the past 30 days.
- You must have the competitor’s system installed before you will receive the gift card.
- Only one gift card will be issued per household.
- Quotes by competitors are subject to verification by H & H and does not include rates offered on membership programs, financing, corporate discounts or rates, rewards programs, incentive, meeting, conventions, prices obtained via auction or similar process, prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public.
- H &H reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Match Promise or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Price Match Promise. No change in the Price Match Promise will affect any coupon or gift card that has already been issued to you. The failure by H & H to enforce any provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
