At H&H we take our customers comments and concerns to heart. It’s always great to hear what you think about our services – and while we think we’re one of the best in the industry – you shouldn’t have to take our word for it.  

Jim – Just wanted to let you know that we have had a problem with our HVAC again. Over the winter we noticed that we were using a tremendous amount of propane to heat the house. We are on the maintenance with H&H and they came out twice and filled the unit with Freon only to have it drain out each time. They thought they had it fixed the 1st time but later found out it was the coil and of course it was out of warranty. Mike, from H&H, told us he would call Trane and explain the troubles we have had with this unit. He was successful and Trane agreed to give us a new coil all we had to do was pay for labor and Freon, about $500. I am telling you this to commend H&H for their customer service and congratulate you on finding contractors who go out of their way for their customers.

Just a note to express our sincere satisfaction with the work H & H did for us. This is the 2nd time we’ve used H & H to install heat pumps for us – 2 separate houses. I can honestly say that if there is need for a 3rd we’ll call you first.

The quotation process was honest and informative. The scheduling was very simple with no long delay. The install was done in a day and it included thermostat training from one of your owners. Then, a week later, you called just to make sure all was still going as intended. Your most recent follow-up, to provide “advanced” thermostat education was perfect. Thank you and the whole H & H team for making this purchase and installation process as painless as possible.
